Proposed amendments to group homes provisions in affordable rental housing SEPP

NSW Planning and Infrastructure invited feedback on proposed amendments to the State Environmental Planning Policy (Affordable Rental Housing) 2009 regarding the approval of group homes using the complying development provisions, on May 7. The draft amendments relate to the size of group homes and the types of persons that can occupy a group home development. Submissions are due by May 21.
